me and my buddy welded up my pipe to my super sport.. tons more low end .. and i still havent even cracked the throttle yet. im still breaking in the kit. but so far the only problem is that the kick stand hit it but not tooo bad.. im gunna rig up a rubber gromet or something
my ghetto fix for the stand hitting the pipe was wrap some tape around the kickstand where it hits the stopper. wrap it until it clears the pipe and your back in business.

slip some black hose over it maybe.
that looks good btw, my only worry would be scraping in the corners.

i used a old header... and just matched it up to the back.. mount... and it fits perfect with a 1/4 inch spacer.. and a few washers..
took me no more than 45 min to get it cut welded and put on.. i thought it was going to be hard
Just cut it off at a point and bolt up the flange, then move the piep around untill you find a nice fit, trim things and weld.
what type of equipment did you use for this project? (iwelding and cutting)
drew is this the bike for the wheels?

the easiest way to do this is to cut in to the header with an angle grinder w/cutting disc.
Do not cut all the way through. leave about half an inch. now you can just bend the pipe using the .5 inch left over as a "hinge". depending on where you do this and at what angle you can move the pipe in any direction. now all you gotta do is weld it up.
cutting the header completely off works as well but it is much easier to fuck up the job and much harder to get the right angle unless you have done it many times before.

just buy a 21mm and it will fit..
