I'd be curious to know if your shifts become less sharp -- because of more lubrication between clutch case and shoes, and the absence of the grip additive that is in automatic transmission fluid. Type A is what Tomos recommends in their current owners manual. Tomos tech help says Type F is OK too, and they say Golden Spectro 80wt 2-cycle gear lube is the best of all.
