when looking at carbs...

Cable vs lever is all about preference. That, and how much room you have down there to reach the choke lever.

Re: when looking at carbs...

whats the difference? i am a bit of a noob

Re: when looking at carbs...

for a tomos, lever choke.

16mm dellorto! i use it and its got a little choke lever on it. YOU DONT NEED A BIG CARB TO GO FAST! cable chokes are dumb

Re: when looking at carbs...

cable chokes are sweet. being able to modulate your airflow a little bit up at the handlebars is super useful if you get an air leak or blow a gasket or something. plus a choke cable is an extra throttle cable if you ever need one in a pinch.

click chokes are only useful for starting your ped, but who needs a choke to start their ped?

Re: when looking at carbs...

me kinda lol when its cold it is a bitch with out the choke. my tomos has a lever one so i think i might get one like that. but i have to fork up the cash first before anything :P. i will see how my ped does with the airsal 65cc kit and stock carb before i invest in a new one if not neccesary
