So i got the simonini circuit from treats and have it on my ciao. It looks awesome, but has pretty terrible performance...any one else run into this problem? i haven't really noticed much of a difference than the sito + i had on before.
I put the pipe on a grande that had a handmade leovince and it was a HUGE loss in performance by comparison. Any one got any thoughts or pointers on a good ciao pipe that hopefully will keep the kickstand and pedals?
my circuit is awesome. I have great low end and mid but the top end is lacking. And keep the pedals is going to be hard it seems every ciao pipe gets in the way of the kick stand and pedals
what kind of set up are you running otherwise? And what are you jetting at?
Are you running stock cylinder/carb? If so, that's probably your problem. Them simo pipes are high rpm dealies.
yeah i thought they might be high rpm. I do have the stock cylinder, but I've upgraded to the 13.13 and have bored out the intake. Still not impressed though. Are these better for kits? Any recommendations on pipes for non kitted ciaos?

Yeah dude, pretty much don't use this pipe unless you are rocking a kit. Your motor just can't get into the powerband.

raise the exhaust port on the stock jug to gain more rpms hitting the pipes band?
I'm running a dr 65cc kit 13.13 (need to drill the inlet out) simonini circuit pipe and variated. The pipe did help a little non kitted but now i rip up the bridges in chicago :)
