I shaved most of the hose intake off today, now it's all flush and stuff, with a shorter intake manifold, everything moves fine, it looks like it sits high enough that I wont have to do anything special to make the idle screw/that damn oil injector not hit the swingarm.

I'm picking up some new cable material tomorow (damn bike shops and mondays.. and damn local sears for not having bike cable sets in stock, and damn this town for having no other options). So I should be able to start the break in. Once I have that going, I'll be able to see if it really is variating all the way.
