You'll have to make one.
Treats have sold 19mm intakes before, but for the most part you need to make one.
malossi still lists the 19 as an available part, but i have not seen any retailing. I'll be adapting a 15mm or two when i receive them, ask back in a few weeks
just curious, was the intake treats sold a bendy?
