Okay, i don't know how awful of an idea this is, but will an A35 cylinder fit on like a puch za50 or e50? just thought it might be a little better, being new and reedvalve...

yep yep
some fast ass a35 cylinder puchs out there.
good, that's what i thought. sorta like using the korado cylinder, new=better?
ooh dude, you're from the cranks, did you meet Salty?
i met salty in kzoo last year, he's rad
he defnitly is.
can and has been done. Is known to rip. Ours did 50 on a decline. 40+ on flats. Super rad!
is it like bolt on... or is there case matching.. or is it even difficult at all?
there are some mods that must be done: intake, adapting the studs (tomos uses studs 1 or 2 mm bigger), lining everything up, and making an exhaust work with the angled exhaust port.
So its not exactly bolt on, but its easier than installing an 80cc kit.
For maximum potential it will be case matched, ported and some other stuff done.
a35 matches up to e50 case. ive got one right here!
also i just slid it on, i didnt need to adapt the studs.
angled exhaust and intake are what needs to be done
niice, thank you everybody
I might add that the 35 cylinder isn't so hot w/o some porting on exhaust and transfer ports.
no problemo, i'm gonna practice that on some PA50 cylinders
wait what needs to be done to the intake? the whole point of the mod is that the a35 has a reed valve intake, right? do you get to keep it?
It's just that the cylinder becomes horizontal on the puch and the tomos intake won't relate. I made one out of copper plumbing fittings soldered with the non lead solder cause it's a little tougher than lead solder. The reeds stay
i want to try a 70cc airsal on my e50 bet that would scream
Ed, bring it out for the fix/ride and we will get you fixed up.
hah salty, i want to buy that green puch from you, that's why i was asking. My friend bailed, so i want it now.
