I'm currently working on getting my clutch tuned . . . getting real pissed about what a pain it is to get it in and out to make adjustments . . .
I've read the suggestion before to turn the screws all the way in and then out 720 degrees, but I still don't understand what people are saying is "all the way in."
On my clutch, the screw is a set screw, so you could theoretically turn the screws all the way in until the springs pop out. That is, once you get to the point where the screw is flush with the inner surface of the shoes, the springs have nothing holding them anymore, so the buckle and pop out. I was using this as my "all the way in" point, but it seems wrong still . . .
Care to clarify?
