airsal 67cc.. what'll this do?

Im wondering what putting a 67cc cylinder + piston plus a delorto 15:15 carb will do to my tomosLX, 2005 all stock except my technigas exhaust. how fast will it go, how much more gas will it burn and will it damage my clutches really badly? also, will i have to adjust my ignition timing? thankyou!
