ok so i get my moped all together and broken in for the most part and she wont even hit 25 and it def doesnt get up there quick. My setup is e50 with a 50cc tccd kit, high comp head, proma gp exhaust, ive been playing around with two carbs a dellorto 14:12 and a 14:14, and they both act the same. Im running a 65 jet.My gearing is completely stock. The flange on my exhaust is a little bent so i have an exhaust leak but i wouldnt think it would effect it that much. Any suggestions?? thanks

The jet seems too big, even with a high comp head. I would try to drop to a 55 and c if it gets better...
really cause i was running a 58 stock, ill try and drop down a few sizes though
that bikes just cursed!
do you have a 14mm intake for your 14mm carb? also, have you derestricted your exhaust pipe?
Don't drop that low!
We have a handful of these bikes in Cupertino. The latest was running a bullet exhaust, high-comp head, 16 sha, and 14x45 gearing I think. Anyways it was a dog off the line and didn't go that fast.
The ideal, and best setup for a 50cc TCCD kit is as follows:
50cc tccd
High-comp head
16mm Dellorto SHA (the party pack with the 15 or 16mm intake)
16x40 gearing
Tecno Estoril
Between a 72 and 76 jet
We have 3 of these, and all of them sucked before the estoril. I dunno what it is, but that pipe, and that pipe alone brings these kits to life through their entire powerband, low, mid and top. Every other pipe sucks, and we've tried just about all of them. So get an estoril! On all other kits I do not reccomend the estoril.
ok so excuse my silly question but what is a party pack?? and i dont see an estoril anywhere, everyone seems to be sold out.
Yea I know, not the best time to get an estoril, but I'd expect them to be back soon.
The party pack is an intake, 16sha and cables and stuff. I think its like $100 on treats, and I saw mopedshop has them right now. But yea, if you can, wait for an estoril, they are the shit on TCCD's.
i see well , i guess ill just have to be patient. What kinda speeds are you hitting with this setup??
