I was wondering...how quiet can you make your ped and how would you go about doing so? I personally don't like loud vehicles so as soon as I get my new ped, I'd mod it so it's not ear shattering. Also, what is the best way to go about making a ped climb hills at a decent speed? Where I am, to get anywhere you'll have to go up some sort of hill.
Also, does it vary with moped on what you can do for each topic above? Let me know.

yeah its all going to vary depending on the bike. some motobecanes are equipped with variators making them climb hills much better.
quite, it doesnt get much quieter than stock, though some aftermarket pipes are quite quiet. the g3 for the motobecane for example is not very loud at all.
does putting on different pipes affect the performance of the ped good or bad?

and again stock is usually quiet as they come
use the search function, it is your friend. There is a reason why they are called 'performance exhausts" no one would be buying 100+ dollar pipes if they were not good for performance. Different pipes for different set ups. Look in the wiki, there is a great break down of Puch perf. exhausts.
