Well it is true for Peugeots, with barley any work my 103 is way way faster than my moby ever was with a stock cylinder.
and i thought peugeots and mobys were the same things ....shows you how much i know
Peugeots are case inducted reed engines like the av10 and the means by which they are mounted and variate are much more solid.
They're amazing bikes. Probably the most powerful stock bike next to derbi. Then your electrical goes out. If it hasn't, look forward to it at the worst time.
If you love your peugeot, you'll fix it, but the "NOS" coils at handybikes are 3:1 bad out of the box. A 5-coil ignition or a CDI are the only ways to make a peugeot reliable (I've wasted a 5-coil recently).
Dang I have an 5 coil from a 102 parts bike I wonder if that would fit, I have been having trouble with that damn ignition coil coil and opted for a Frankenstein ignition.

Hey So I want to get down with getting a doppler variator and a pulley clutch for my peugeot. I have been checking out some french websites, but I can't figure out what the french call a pulley clutch. There are a few different kind of clutches out there and I can't tell which one will adapt to the pulley. Anyone speak french?
