is the bullet just a knock-off of the proma gp? they look so similar. i have a bullet, would it be an upgrade to sell it and buy a proma gp? i'm running a 65cc metrakit with a high-compression head, 15mm bing carb, stock air box

Proma GP is a different pipe than Bullet. I've had both, but never on kitted bikes. I liked the GP on the stock bike better, but I've never really liked performance pipes on stock cylinders because of the low end bog they give, but the GP displayed this bog the least.
yeah, on the wiki it says it's the best pipe for the stock cylinder. but so how do they differ, in your experience?
the proma GP has better midrange than the bullet...the bullet is a top end pipe only
ok hm . . . does that mean it would bring down my cruising speed? because that wouldn't be much of an upgrade . . .
proma has more torque and is better made, and personally i think it looks sharper on a bikes.
I just put a Proma GP on one of my pintos on a stock cylinder w/ HC head and 14 intake/bing and it sounds great and has really nice throttle response on the stand, and mounted up cleaner and flusher then any other exhaust I've used. Can't wait for the snow to melt so i can actually try it out.
I don't have any experience with the bullet, but the Proma GP is a great pipe for the price.

Bullet is more like a BiTurbo clone...
