What kind of prep do you do to your metrakit, I hear that the sleave some times does not like, that the ports need smoothing, that the windows need chamfers. What should one do?

Check windows for alignment, chamfer all ports if need be, visually inspect everything, check for ring snag, etc.
Bring the kit monday, ill bring my tools.
I will have to drop my engine this weekend. Ill see you there.
I had to make a couple extra cylinder spacers on mine to get the ports to line up good
drop an E50 = 2 minutes.
The problem is finding the time. Im a busy boy now.
drop a moby motor = 20 secs.
drop mobys not bombs
awww.. don't drop your moby, it'll scratch
Joel, Pete, you both remember the kitted black maxi, right? Can we do a 2 for 1 Metra day on monday? I'm wanting to match mine properly to the ZA50, and rebuild the motor another day when i have the time and materials. Also, I think this will get me a little more comfortable with the TCCD because I want to be able to match it to the Pinto's E50 confidently by myself.
dood wat did you do to that thing
sure guys, im down for whatever.
i just ported my E50 for my TCCD, that kit has pretty damn big ports.
I just put a Metrakit on an E-50 and was going to chamfer the ports, but they were already done at the factory. I think you'll just want to do the case matching. I'll be there Monday and I can bring my Dremel and bits as well.
im bringin all my shiiiiiit
I have a Dremel (clone) or two down there also.
