I think Im running 34 (65cc mk, biturbo) but my carb is completely out of wack. Mixture is totally wrong. Still, I can almost keep up with our Supercub.
Not to mention I start getting worried about my ZA exploding at that point.

34 with a 65 kit? On a 2 speed?
What it your gear ratio, what carb, pipe, jet are you running?
with the metra on there you should be able to hit 40-45 no problem with gearing that is not even that tall.

My buddies stock za50 does around 30-32 and he's running very rich. He 4 strokes constantly, and does nothing about it.

I average about 39mph on flats at 50cc with a 14mm carb leovince pipe and 18/32 gearing

70cc Airsal+ 20mm Delortto+ Tecnigas Twin+ 18-28 gearing= 60+ mph Brent

Thats nuts. You replace the internals or anything? Dont you worry about that engine blowing up?

Yah the problem is my carb is waaaaay out of wack. Should I go with a 15mm or larger?

ermmm... well i've got a totally different style of bike but mines 65cc running an 18mm amal UPjetted... but don't go buying one of those just cuz it works on my bike...

I don't worry about it blowing up. It had 400 miles on the ped , stock, and maybe another 4oo kitted. If and when it does go, I'll deal with it then. I don't ride it everyday, and I'm not always going that fast. It's knowing I can! Brent
