yup! i have a simonini circuit exhaust on my ciao. the retainer spring can be mounted in several places. not sure how many head bolts are on a peugeot but on a ciao, there are three. you can put it on the nut, then screw it on, then use vica grips to stretch it down orloop it through the decomp valve spring. either way is fine
