i would say top. i have one on my 65 metra with no problems. i have a stuffed one i am getting ready to put on my 80. i have never jeard of a top speed breaking, but i have heard of a few ritos breaking.
all the crazy race bikes in the netherlands use ritos or metra cranks, but i think there is a higher quality ritos crank over there that i have never seen available here.
