got your normal puch e50, easy as pie. read any of these perf threads about people kitting maxis, etc. to learn about puch tuning.
the ebrs are better than stock, but honestly i don't think most people ever really need them. they're for style points.
and as far as the seat. make sure you post your original pinto one and a half person seat in the buy/sell if you swap out. people are dying for those.
my pinto is in my profile. i went with a korado #22 top end and a simo pipe to get my performance fix and stay at 50cc. it'll break 45 and does so more reliably than any kitted bike i've had. but i'm no pro tuner, that's part of the reason i try to stay with reliable oem shit
