77 garelli gransport. I'm wondering if there are any ways to get a better spark like say a better coil I could adapt or something? My spark works fine, well not at the moment but when it works it good enough to run but I just want to get a bigger better spark.
If your points and condensor are in excellent condition then take off the stock coil and put a 6 volt automotive coil on it. They are about $18.00 generic, Bosch will cost more or an old Volks fanatic will have one

Way better. Sorry I don't have quantitative figures.It will fire a 16:1 compression ratio and cause a good burn with a rich jet
hmm after new points/condenser and we up the CR to about 220psi this may be needed :)
