18 is biggest available ,heard of custom 20t
You can also go down teeth in the rear.
Thanks, I guess my question wasn't what I intended. I am wondering, with that tiny 1 hp will it take me 2 weeks to get up to speed with a 16, 18 or 20 tooth front? I now own a 38 rear that I am planning on switching out at some point as well. Any 1 HP users out there have any experience or advice? Also, how easy is it switching out the rear or front sprockets?
You can always remove the head gasket and/or shave the head to give a bit more torque/acceleration.
Changing sprockets are easy. The front should have a snap ring, and the rear is bolted on. Just remove & replace.
Removed the gasket, cleaned the exhaust etc. With a 13 front and 45 rear I get 20-22 mph. Acceleration is good as is, but I'd like to run her up to 30 mph. Performance exhaust may get me closer, but a sprocket is $10-15 bucks a new exhaust at $100. I am hoping to run a 16 front with a 38 back.
