Good day...Bad day...

I pulled the head off, removed the gasket, put the head back on. I noticed some definite low end torque improvement right away, but not much on the top end, but it still runs great. Thats the good news...

Unfortunately, I must have over tightened one of the nuts, because now one of the bolts/nuts is now stripped. The other three are on good and tight, and it still runs, but my question is, where do those bolts end? Ideally, I'd like to replace the one defective one but I have no idea where to buy one, what it's called, or where are they attached? any help would be greatly appreciated.
