how can i maximize the inside of my stock intake manifold for my tomos a35 engine with an airsal 67cc kit, techno estoril pipe, and otherwise stock pipe i am planning on running the smallest phbg carb they make i think its either 17mm or 19mm not sure which would benefit me the most, anyways i'd like to know how much i can bore out the i.d. before it becomes a paper weight, thanx or tricks and tips for them to flow more air etc. thanx all!

The PHBG starts at 15mm and goes up to 21mm. I think you could get the stock straight intake out to about 16mm, bigger than that and you'll want to make your own intake. Dellorto phbg carbs come in male and female type and may not fit your stock intake.
from someone with little experience in how to bore out an elbow intake manifold, how would you go about that?
drill bits. almost easier to make a new intake out of copper plumbing fittings
yea but how do you bolt up some copper tubing to your engine?
you need to work in CNC fabrication, and you must have a friend that TIG welds. Attached is the manifold I made and had welded up, of course this was for a minarelli engine. I have an a35 tomos in my shop right now just can't find the stock jug at the moment.
