AV10 owners: What pipe are you running?

I have tried both the Saito pipe (stock AV10) and the AV7 pipe on my stock AV10 setup. The Saito gives me low end torque, but limits me to 28mph. The AV7 pipe is weak at the low end but then gets me smoothly to 35 mph on flat ground. I am working on a 70cc kit with an awesome intake and case/crank setup, but am not sure what pipe to get.

How well do some of the other pipes work? Can you keep your pedals? How strong are they in the low end and top end? Are you running it with a kit? Whose exhaust reigns supreme?

Thanks,

-Eric

"Quarterkick":www.quarterkick.com

get the ninja pipe

Re: AV10 owners: What pipe are you running?

if you're getting a 70cc kit you should get the doppler exhaust. you can keep your pedals. what 70cc kit are you getting, and with what setup? 28mph seems awful slow for an AV10 too...even stock.

Re: AV10 owners: What pipe are you running?

Let's see:

Exhaust reviews:

Ninja G3: Good for AV7/10 and stock/kits. No kickstands, pedals clear, may have pedal chain issues.

Ninja G2: excellent pipe for AV10, especially 50cc kits.

Doppler Pipe: One of the best pipes for 70cc kits, unknown compatability with AV7 kits, not good on stock bikes. would need to bend out pedal arm, blicks kickstand

Leovince long pipe: Block pedals completely, kickstand ok, medicore performance, not for kits. Doesn't fit AV7 well.

Leovince black pipe(cobra?) stock replice, heavily restricted, block pedals and drags on the ground on a AV7.

Bidalot: Good pipe, especially for kits, unknown fitment.

Re: AV10 owners: What pipe are you running?

Doppler > all

Re: AV10 owners: What pipe are you running?

...depending on the application.

Re: AV10 owners: What pipe are you running?

From what I gather from France the Doppler is best for 70cc kits.
