did i remove to much around the gasket area?
definately want to take off a little more especially on the lower part of the port. the most important thing is getting back in there and smoothing everything out though. just make everything flow as easy as possible.
what you did alread would make a diference if you were lazy =)
When you match the case to the cylinder in such a fashion must you get a larger carb or will the stock carb still pass enough air to prevent seizure?
wow thats a lot of fine shavings, i'd pull that case apart and run it in a parts washer, and re-assemble
