Dremel it out?
does not dremel, much harder than anything else i have dealt with
big self tapping screw and a slide hammer.
otherwise real carefully with a skill saw.
I have used a Dremel on it with those carbide tile cutting bits. had to cut through it on both sides as it seems to be somewhat recesses in to a groove there. After I cut both sides and a little bit in to the port wall, I was able to wiggle each piece out of the groove. It really sucked.
Was that on that Puch AD cylinder?
i removed mine by heating up the area with a propane torch and punching it out thru the exhaust port with a long screw driver.
