G3 is awesome, works well with 50cc kits, 70cc kits, and stock cylinders.
Leovinci is okay, apparently the muffler is restricted and has a ton of baffles and stuff in it. if anyone get this one, just be aware of it.
if you can mike, see if you can get the doppler in stock because its so well rounded and works so well on 70cc kits and maybe the kenji too. it works well with lower revving motors which makes it great for stock bikes.
I am not associated with quarterkick so its hard for me to promise anything, but I have heard that the Kenji Vario should be coming sometime soon.
the doppler doesnt do anything for stock pretty much.
oh unless you were talking about the kenji, I dont know about that one.
if anyone local buys a ninja, i would like to do a side-by-side comparo on my bike. i will buy beer to whoever loans me the pipe.
kenji for stock.
Peter, I just gotta sell some plasma and personal items and Ill get the money for the G3 along with a malossi av88 cylinder.
Save your money and buy a AV10. I don't understand why so many people have AV7 pride... When you compare the upgradeability and bang for the buck the AV10 stomps.
That malossi kit is fine, but that's about all it is.
I might just buy a G3, test it, then resell. Or swap pipes with Elliot at T.L.?
It doesnt seem like there are enough av10s in the US to go around buddy
i lost the bid i was going for on mine :( oh, and don't worry peter, my bike wont look shit like yours when i'm done..lol i'm painting it chocolate brown....with a mystery theme. you cornered the market on the orange moby..so i don't want to be a follower
Peter, the AV10 is gonna go on a different moby. I feel like keeping my current moby a cruiser. It just looks too nice to turn it into a race ped.
i concur. i'm gonna buy a moped this winter for speed. i think everyone should have two. one for ascetics, one for speed.
Then look in France. MBK 51's are basically abandoned on the side of the road there.
speed and good looks together are deadly. wait for spring. i have plans.
Quarterkick will be carrying lots of av10 parts by next season, also we have some more exhausts that are not on the site yet and other various parts. If your looking for something specific email us!

Are you going to stock wrist pin bearings and other rebuild parts? What are your shipping terms?
Yes we will be stocking wrist pin bearings, and circlips. Should have some next month.
Not sure what you mean by shipping terms, but we ship UPS and USPS.
you can buy an av10 bottom end for 43 euros from rcv-team.com
http://www.rcv-team.com/F_frame.html?http://www.rcv-team.com/
and since anyone going for the av10 is going for a kit just order that at the same time, and if your on a $$$ crunch use a good condition av7 crank and get new bearings too, brand new av10 with kit for the same price as a heavily used on on ebay.fr
u can use av7 points and an av7 variator (use all 3 balls or the crank will snap) as long as u mill the edge of the plate down on it (or sand on a block for along time)
hear is my idea of the cheapest way to enter the av10 game today assuming u got an av7 already:
buy the new cases 43 euro, buy performance reeds 12euro (cheapest), buy a 15mm curvy av10 intake 9 euro dellorto 15:15 29 euro sorce a good av7 crank with good bearings or use yours, buy seals at the bearing shop $10, use av7 points on the av10 cases, and the av7 variator, use the stock pipe, use the av7 cylinder with a piece of steel bolted over the intake.
93 euro = $130 + $10 seals $140 plus shipping $40 or less probably so for $180 your bike is now runs on the av10 base. and has a dellorto 15:15 take that away and run the gurtner for $140 shipped
you could ride this bike forever with this setup it won't go any faster than your av7 but it would be ready to upgrade wenever you get some cash on hand.
ps the leovinci pipes are nothing but trouble unless your creative in mounting them to av7 and 50v frames and for the price the ninja is much better. also the ball joint system on the leo's strip stock cylinders hella easy they are not well designed, and slower overall.
however the ninja on my 40 hits the ground all the time and has finally wore a crack thru the seam, also the baffle has exploded and the ball joint leaks, all of these things happening has to do largely with the overal neglect of my bike and the pipe, it was mounted loose and i did not know for over a month and that rattled apart the baffle and the ball joint, extra springs should fix the joint, the baffle i fixed with ahose clamp done, and it slung too low on the 40 with the stock mounting brackets to really be safe. My friend allens on his 50v however is honding up great and has no problemes at all yet,
peter you should swap with his at sac mine is literally almost in pieces
Sounds alright, USPS works if the right service is used, I was meaning the shipping and handling when I mentioned terms, that and where you would you would ship.
shit link don't take u, but its part d motor cyclo mob and the bottom ends are called carters
software upgrade wrecked your url. new linky: Click
as soon as my newly welded attachment comes back from weiss welds today!, I'll have my doppler on my peugeot 103, I'll post the results, but the pipe looks bad ass, a little low, but bad ass.
I have the kenji vario, Just got it in from france from <url>www.la-becanerie.com<url>.
It looks like a solid piece. Im now waiting on an exhaust nut so I can make a flange to screw adapter for my peugeot.
i have a spare exhaust nut, i just welded one onto a ninja a couple weeks ago for the same reason.
Where can exhaust nuts be found? Are they all pilfered off old exhausts?
Just got my pipe, the leo vinci cobra (not yet posted on the site). Wins, you don;t have to loose the pedals or the kick stand. Minor alterations to the mount needed. I can see 40 with 50 on the horizon. More info to come as soon as everything is buttoned up.
Yeah, it is a sharp looking pipe!
I was going to go with the G3 but right now I am broke and I have to think how I can keep the pedals with that pipe. For now I think I will go with the one that Nick is running on his ped.
yeah I'm pretty sure I need to knock off my right peddle to fit my doppler pipe. Has anyone taken the right crank arm and bent it with a vice to fit a doppler? I'm really bummed to loose my peddles, I'm not ready for pegs.
Yeah the leovince cobras are nice too, and pretty good bang for your buck, also they don't interfere with the pedals.
