i got my hands on a puch polini 64cc kit. i hear they are a great kit. i have helped my friend put one one but he moved before we ran it. i went to install mine todayand i realized i wasnt sure what way the piston goes... i asume the hole in the piston point up towards the in take. am i right???
i am installing it on a 2 speed engine so i have to grind down the engine case where the oil injector would go (i dont have oil injection) so that the carb will fit corectly.
any tips on adjusting the carb for good idle and what not my friend only problem when he did his was getting the thing to idle good it would just shred so hard!!!
any other tips???

i will be photographing the instalation so i will try and post pics of each step and tips/advice...
p.s. my original head was painted black but it is pretty crappy would the engine run cooler if i cleaned the paint of the fins or should i repaint it again?
