How do you remove a CDI stator on a Honda hobbit
I use a 3 jaw puller, put the nut back on the crank arm to protect the threads, it sometimes takes a lot of pressure then comes off with a loud pop

Have you tried hitting the end of the puller bolt with a hammer , like trying to drive the bolt into the crank , after you have a decent amount of pressure ?
That usually pops things off a lot quicker and with less stress . ;)
