I have disc breaks
They're hungry, you need to feed them.
Disc brakes* on motorcycles are very exposed. They pick up a lot of dust and crap and get contaminated.
I have, and have had several bikes that liked to get sqeaky all the time. Sometimes, just applying the brake really hard will get rid of it, for a while.
For just mopeds, I’d consider roughing up the rotor and pad with something and cleaning it with brake cleaner. What type of disc brakes are these BTW?
I used to have that problem on my Streetmate R. Cleaning them religiously didn't help. Brake quiet helps a little bit, but the trick for me was actually chamfering the edge of the pads. Turns out moped pads are just made really cheaply. After hitting each end with a file, applying brake quiet to the back of the pads, and a good wash of the rotor with Dawn dish soap, everything stopped squealing.
Below is a picture of an automotive pad, but what I did looks just like what the red lines are pointing at.
Your brakes are broken.
