Hi I get 2003 kinetic tfr . It working perfect . I started having a problem to turn it off from the ignition switch even if I remove the wires from the ignition it stays on until choke it . I replaced the CDI unit but I still have the issue. What I need to do to fix it please? thank you.

I'm going to guess it's a bad ignition switch. The only thing the switch does is ground the cdi out to shut it off.

Could be a wiring or connector issue too. Buzz out your wiring with a DMM set to continuity mode, vs this diagram:

You can use the following to stop the bike:
The Ignition Switch (keyed)
Killswitch
Decompression
If all three of these are not functioning than you it probably wasn't "working perfectly."

Thanks a lot I fixed the problem today . But I still have another small issue . When I stop the moped doesn t take off quickly what could be the problem please .

It's an aged, single speed moped. It won't be a rocket ship
That said, my money would be on belt slippage.

Takeoff on a stock kinetic is really pretty bad.
But yeah, Dillon's point about the belt is a good one. If the belt is worn, replace it. If there is tons of slack, move the motor forward until the belt deflects about 3/4 of an inch (not taut!).
