Order a few crank case seals, and the flywheel puller if you dont have one. Also change oil to ND30.

You can verify if your clutch is sticking by turning the motor and seeing if it grabs the bell, but since its a new cluych then you likely have one or multiple air leaks, i've seen plenty of sator side crank seal leaks on garellis, thats where my moneys at. I think the head gasket on a garelli is a ring of aluminum that is countersunk, just take a look to see if the sealing surface is good.
