You might take a chisel.and hammer to bump it around enough to loosen it....don't use a real sharp.chisel...needs to be a little dull so it will hold on the side of the bolt head

..get it at an angle to make an indention then at an angle to turn the bolt when you hit it...you want to be hitting the side if the head ,not the top (edited)
