Back wheel wouldn't turn

Hey there,

So I have a TSM, and earlier today I took it out for a run. When I didn't have the throttle on, it would completely turn off, then even with the motor off, it wouldn't roll freely. While riding it seemed fine, and once I got it back to my place it started rolling freely again. Any idea what the issue could be or what to check for? I pushed on the pedals a bit to see if that would help free anything up but IDK!

sounds like your clutch/variator needs attention.

Wheel bearings go bad?

Re: Back wheel wouldn't turn

Make sure brakes aren’t sticking? I had that happen to me on a different moped once. It would magically lock and unlock until I realized what it was. Sometimes they would get unstuck.

If this is the case, a frayed cable is usually the culprit. It gets hung up inside the housing and prevents the brake from releasing.
