While I totally did this before, I have tried preassembling it a few times (cleaning everything, checking thicknesses/order) and the second clip will not engage.

On a separate note, how to I replace the drive clutch arms/pads. They come with rivets, but I there is no hole for them to go through on the inner bell because the starter clutch needs to ride somewhere.
