Gazelles Recoverable?

Am I being too emotionally attached or is there any way my gazelle can be salvaged with such extensive sidewall damage?

Re: Gazelles Recoverable?

Is that cut all the way thru the plies!

Re: Gazelles Recoverable?

I’m not even sure what I hit. :-(

Re: Gazelles Recoverable?

Did you run over the guy that was slashing your tires?

No sidewall damage is ever repairable. On any tire.

Re: Gazelles Recoverable?

The cracks in that tire give me more reason to say it was done for prior to that slash.(edited)

Gazelles were discontinued. City Pro is the Michelin replacement.

And for a reason! Michelin won’t make a new tire for nothing it’s obviously superior

I have both. Gazelles are better in gravel. City Pros are better in.the.city.

hang them in the rafters and run some new ones

Re: Gazelles Recoverable?

Cover them in shoe goo and black rubberized undercoating. Then throw them away.

......and if your life should be worth more than a $50 tire. Buy one at a time if you cant afford both at once.
