I just got a 15mm bing and intake and now have an 82 jet. 70 cc Puch, 17 degrees before TDC timing, with boss pipe, needle on the second position from top. Currently I have the blue springs in at about 25 pounds and it seems to be pretty slow at take off. I know the boss pipe isn’t great for low end but with my old 14mm carb it was better and then I started messing with the clutch and haven’t really been able to get it back to a good enough take off.
I’m wondering what the best tuning for the clutch is?
