I will be replacing the shift dampeners / pucks on my 1979 Puch za50.
The ear of the top plastic fill plug cracked and crumbled. Since I will have the side cover off, I could push the top plastic fill polish pieces into the transmission.
Then either order a replacement plug or put anything in there to cap off the opening
I could I just not touch that top fill plug, and use the side “ over flow “ screw plug as the open ring to add trans fluid? Fill that side screw plug until the fluid leaks out, which would indicate full fluid capacity ?
