I have 1982 Honda Urban Express NU50. Engine sound good, celerate gradually when turned throttle but it almost half throttle to start running or spin the wheel. No modification made except changed the original belt drive to BX31. Its wide and it’s like shorter but I got it in. I just need some advised what to do.
NU50 high RPM to start spin wheel
Re: NU50 high RPM to start spin wheel
That belt is so long that you can here it hitting the inside of the case at idle. It’s going to require more throttle than usual to take out the slack. It’s width is also a problem as it forces you to start out in higher gear than stock belt thus requiring more throttle.
