Everyone: Thank you all for the suggestions. I took the carb off, removed the bowl and inspected the needle valve seat. It was clogged. Tried to clean it with carb cleaner to no avail. Hooked up the air compressor and pumped 50 pounds of air through the gas inlet and discharged a bunch of crap in the seat area. Put the carb back and now it runs. Still runs crappy but it runs.
