So I installed a new ignition cable(? The one connecting your spark plug with your condensor.) And without the flywheel it was sputtering but when I put the flywheel on it, I can barely put enough force to get it to turn and it wont sputter at all when I can. Wtf did I do?!

Spark plug connects to the coil not the condenser and the story gets more lost...
...probably better to bring the bike to someone near you to help figure it out...

Look, man im asking for help, not you opiniin about whether or not Im capable. Let me destroy the whole fucking thing if thats what I want to do. So youre telling me the cable with a boot that plugs into the spark plug and screws into a black covered condensor. Youre telling me that that piece, that is only compatible clearly with the piece it is attached to is supposed to be directly connected to my coil? Youre saying that in that picture that black piece is not a condensor. And youre talling me that either A: its a coil. Or B: my spark cable is connected wrong?!

CALM DOWN.
Maybe you are off your meds (or need something to calm yourself) no need to explode, your nomenclature of parts needs improvement is what I meant.
The black component is a ignition exciter coil, the little dude below it to the right with the white wire and two blacks under the small nut it the condenser. Perhaps a manual for parts or the service manual will assist in properly describing the issue would help.
If after removing the exciter coil to change the plug wire, and reinstalling it makes the flywheel contact the core of the coil, then the coil is just out of alignment. Loosen it and press the coil towards the crankshaft and then try to fit the flywheel back on. The clearance between the two is tight, so you might need to play a little.
If after it kinda sorta fits but scrapes, use a sharpie on the ends of the iron core and paint the ends, return the flywheel and rotate it a couple of turns, you will see which end is rubbing, only just loosen the screws and sightly tap on the end that touches and retighten.
It will take a little patience.

Are the light scratches on the ignition coil from the flywheel making contact?
1. Check the make sure the stator is properly in it's slots on the engine case.
2. Make sure the black ignition coil is securely installed and not sticking out making contact with the flywheel.
3. Make sure there is no contact between the flywheel and case.
If that all fails I'd just take it apart and put it back on again, see if you can find the error that way.
By sputtering I assume you mean the engine turns over without the flywheel on but once it's on the bike it won't turn over.
You're making contact with your flywheel on the stator, coil or case. This shit is frustrating at times I've been there. Rebel Moby is extremely knowledgeable and just trying to help. I've been profiting from him knowledge since I started.

Also, I really don't like the one screw holding the stator plate to case. This could cause the stator to be at a angle, therefore making contact with the flywheel once installed. Check that too.

Yeah, his second message was the answer I was more hoping for. I understand now that every name I had though things were called is wrong and thats frustrating haha. The metal coil has a slight dent in it, but the coil isnt broken.

I want to fix this myself, just because, well, it will calm me haha! I havent gotten this pissed about anything in awhile. This bike is awesome and I want to get it going. The learning curve is a bitch. Im all ears and will do my best to stfu and absorb.

Indeed a bit of patience will go a long way in your moped adventures. Some snags can be frustrating for the noob and us old old timers. Also reading a lot on the same make-model of your bike here on MopedArmy will provide a wealth of knowledge, so keep in mind when posting to mention the make model and year of the bike. Devil is in the details.
Anyhow - mopeds are fun mostly, somethings we get and some things we need guidance, part of the community spirit. Expect frustration as well as most excellent successes, usually noot so many gremlins but some often defy logic.
