Old 1993 A35 tomos CDI kept overheating so just got a new treats ZA50 points stator, but having trouble getting any spark. Am I gapping wrong or does the stator require the ZA50 magneto? The points don't open/close very much compared to videos I've seen. I get no spark from the spark plug, but the spark plug wire will spark a little if I hold it right next to the cylinder. It's an iskra magneto if that helps clarify.
A35: Iskra magneto with ZA50 stator

The tomos flywheel doesn’t have a points cam on it, you need an early a35 points flywheel or a za50 that you will need to time with out the woodruff key.
