it's almost like we have this beautiful wiki
0.4mm = almost every moped ever made...

Only .0157" ?
That seems pretty tight . Most everything I've run into is .020" or more .
But , maybe the electrical systems can't handle much more ?
Do the thousandths thing.....it's more accurate. 20 thou of an inch for points ignitions and electronic ignitions usually more, like .028"
Still cant let go of that old British Imperial Measurement thing... even UK has stopped long time ago with it. Hope you guys can catch up before Myanmar (maybe you still calling it Burma) or Liberia become modern, would hate to see you left behind with your British showing...

Nope on Italian bikes I open it way bigger if a Bosch spark plug

Looking at specs for an Express, the evidence is on the screen right in front of your eyes. A smaller unit of measurement will yeild more accuracy. Same applies for Fahrenheit vs. Celcius. Ya, fuck the metric system. I'll take accuracy over ease any day.
Good point Don and thank you.

Maybe for ignition points, but the topic is spark plugs. Try again.
