could cylinder be too wet?

Re: left gas running

Pull the plug and let it sit overnight or put it out it the sun for a day.

Change your coil, points, condenser and add premium fuel, it should start then.

For a flooded motor ??? What's the logic behind that^ ?

I'd pull the plug and clean it with brake cleaner . Turn the motor over with a drill so there's plenty of revolutions to help evacuate the fuel . Obviously , pull the exhaust and empty .

Put it back together and start with a drill the first time , if needed .(edited)
