It sounds like you need the Manual for it. Go Click Here to grab one for free.
Anything made in Europe or Asia will utilize metric measurements and fasteners.
What im asking is for it to be explained to me in the easiest way possible. Like the ground strap on the plug needs to show on the gapping tool exactly where it should be. O. 28? 0.32? 0.5? ???
Just get a feeler gauge and set it to .028 inches, that's 28 thousandths of an inch between the electrode and the ground tang.
Thank you very much
You're welcome!
Don i gapped the plug to 28thousanth like you said and its fast. Runs strong. Gets a bit hotter though because i made 2 homemade base gasket and its a bit advance. Original gasket is 1mm thick. Now its like 1mm1/2 but i upjetted from #58#60 and its responsive more than ever. I weigh 180lbs and its completely stock except pipe and hitting 40mph with treats aftermarket speed 0.
Pull the plug and check the color.........you may have to upjet a little more. Glad it's screamin again.
60 all i have. I have 62 but when i put it in it seems like its firing on every other stroke when you come off the throttle. Its pretty warm with 60 but i don't have a 61. Should i put panty hose over the carb with a #60 ?? Or will it richen it??
Its coco color with 60 but still gets hot but not seizure hot but close
Are you running without an air filter? That is a problem. Need an air filter. Not panty hose.

Go up to 60 then on jetting,or try 62. Do you have the wire mesh filter in the carb or is it foam?
No all i have is stock airbox and its filter
Some other guy on here said to put pantyhose on the airb snork and he didn't know what jet i was running or not.....? Lol my a35 needs air it runs best. But i guess ill need another cap&screen from treats.
Filters are a GOOD thing.
