Does anyone know of any resources for allen head bolts ? I'm looking to change out the original Phillips head bolts with allen heads. I tried Lowes but they didn't have anything long enough. Specifically I'm looking for 35mm, 45mm, and 50mm, in M6 x 1.00. Preferably in Stainless or something that wont gall.
Try your local hardware . I used Ace for a lot of screws in varied lengths .

Keep in mind that stainless fasteners are very harsh on non-stainless components like castings. Onlything that sux more than galling on your mild steel bolts (so you have to throw them out) is having the threads in all of your castings gall (so you have to tap once or twice then helicoil or throw them out).
ALSO stainless is a crappy conductor of electricity, so chose carefully where you install what ever with stainless fasteners.
