An older engine that you just got dump it all out refill with three parts Marvel Mystery Oil and one part Castrol synthetic ATF that my friend is Blaster oil

Type A ATF. It's basically been obsolete for automobiles for decades so it's not always easy to find. Warren/Coastal still sells it, and you can sometimes find it in grocery stores, gas stations, or truck stops for some reason I don't know.

Is an sae oil good to use? Like Pennzoil sae ow-20 full synthetic?

Standard is ATF fluid. Any auto parts store will have it.
