How do you adjust the throttle cable on a Motobecane
What do you mean by adjust? Change the length of it?
First thing I would do is check on the throttle end and on the carb end to see if there are adjusters. If you can't get the length you need that way, you'll probably want to cut housing (to relatively lengthen cable) or the cable itself and put new knarp on (to relatively shorten the cable)
