Hey guys, my moped could use some new brakes and need help identifying these wheels so I can order the right brake shoes. Extra points for a Treatland link. Thanks.
Need Brakes, Help Identifying Wheels
Re: Need Brakes, Help Identifying Wheels
Those are almost the sexiest wheels alive from the old Tomos A3 Golden bullet. They carry the 90mm Tomos shoes.

Re: Need Brakes, Help Identifying Wheels
Looks like an Italian application. You need to remove shoes anyways so once they are off they should be easy to identify on treats website. Drum size is important. I cant tell if those are 80 or 90 millimeter diameter. Measure the inside of drum with calipers.
And honestly those old pads dont look that bad. Are they contaminated with oil or grease? Is the drum worn out past specs? (edited)

I dont doubt that. They look like they would work on an Italian stallion.

Sweet! You have some of the cleanest stock bikes I've seen. I'm going to pm you because I don't want to ruin anyone's thread. People do it to me and I don't like it so I won't do it to anyone.
