Okay here's what I did,
Installed the pipe correctly with hanger (that problem is fixed). I took the cylinder off and the piston did look some what burnt as well as the head (I cleaned these with my finger).
The rings looked like they had a big gap ,so I took the rings off to try and squeeze them back together and broke one (Go meeee!!!). I only have one ring now (which I know causes lower compression). I also took off the fly wheel to fix the wiring issue i also have and I think i broke a piece of the crank off (please check pictures) When i put everything back together I got it to turn over once but it would not idle. The fly wheel was also rubbing on the stator plate in the bottom left corner after reinstallation.
