I have a 2008 tomos sprint moped with around 1000 miles on it, i installed a flasher relay along with an after market blinker set, whether i use the signals to the left or right both turn signals go on and still do not blink, i have 3 ground wires that i sottered together. What do i Do?

Yes, question, did you sotter all the ground wires in the back conectors together
